Payment Policies

Methods of Payment: Payments can be made by cash, check, or money order payable to "Dance 22".
We also accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express

Late Fee
A $10 fee will be charged for every 30 days that the account is past due. A family may not obtain recital tickets in June until their account is paid in full. If an account is over 60 days past due lessons will be suspended until the account is brought up to date. If the student leaves the studio, written notice must be given otherwise monthly charges and overdue fees will continue to accrue.

Tuition is an annual fee that may be paid one of three ways
You may pay for the entire year at registration and receive a 5% discount.
You may pay in 3 quarterly installments due October 1st, January 1st, and April 1st. If you wish, you may write three checks postdated for the 1st of each month. The September monthly installment is due with registration.
You may pay month to month using auto deduct with your credit/debit card

 Tuition for a 1 hour class:
$48.00 per month.
Tuition for a 1½ hour class (7 & 8 year old):
$66.00 per month.
Discounted rates apply for each additional class taken.
There is also a family discount for families with more than one student.
 
Multiple Class/Family Discounts
Tuition discounts are available for students taking more than one class and families with more than one student. Please call for prices.

Registration Fee
 Fall registration fees are $18 per family, competition teams $28 per family.
Summer registration fees are $12 per family for dance or camps.

Costume Fee
A $75 deposit for costume is due by October 15th
(Competition students: $75 for EACH costume). This fee is a deposit only. If the student's costume is more than $75, the account will be charged for the remaining amount. Please inform the studio in writing by November 1st if the student will not be performing in the June recital. If a costume order cannot be canceled, students are responsible for the cost of the unused costume.
Competitive Teams $150.00 plus all privates by October 15th

Recital Fee
A non-refundable $55 recital fee is due by February 1st. This fee will help to defray the costs of auditorium rental, staffing, programs, trophies, special awards, perfect attendance trophies, assistant appreciation gifts, and include 2 recital tickets per family. If you’d like to pay $70 BY February 1st you will get a DVD of the show. (1 DVD per recital fee) Otherwise DVDs can be purchased for $25. Additional reserved seating tickets can be purchased for $7 each. Tickets go on sale one month before showdate.
(Don’t forget if you refer a friend and they stay the year YOUR recital fee is waived!)
